How to use the oils:
1) Inhalation: Start by taking 3 to 5 consecutive inhalations, several times a day. You can increase the number of consecutive inhalations over the days.

- REFILL: Remove the cap. Pour into the Mikado bottle. Insert the sticks into the container and spread them out like a fan. The sticks absorb the fragrance, which then diffuses into the environment.

TIPS: For a less intense fragrance release, use fewer sticks. For a more intense fragrance release, use more sticks. You should not place your diffuser near draughts (e.g. windows, doors), as well as air conditioning or heating, as this will reduce its lifespan.
