How to use the oils:
1) Inhalation: Start by taking 3 to 5 consecutive inhalations, several times a day. You can increase the number of consecutive inhalations over the days.
How to inhale? Breathe the oil directly from the bottle, inhaling deeply and then holding your breath for 2 to 3 seconds before exhaling.
2) Electric mister/diffuser: 3 or 4 drops inside the device will release the aroma into the space.
3) You can also heat water and add 4 or 5 drops, then inhale the steam, placing a towel over your head.
4) Massage: Use our body butters and add 4 or 5 drops, then massage.
